Here’s some of my awards, achievements, and a few of the entities I’ve been fortunate enough to work with.

  • March 2016


    Senior Web Designer

    • UI/UX for consumer facing sites and client applications
    • Accessibility advocate and strategist (insuring WCAG and Section 508 compliance across all sites)
    • Responsibility for HTML+CSS for dev team
    • Contributor support and education
    • Leadership role in implementing Accessibility sensibilities, standards, testing, and WCAG compliance into companies under our umbrella
    • Educate, support and mentor content contributors on CMS tools, user behavior, and production workflow
    • Conceptualize and iterate designs rapidly based on user and stakeholder feedback
    • Partner with and educate various internal departments to establish and maintain best practices for positive user experiences
    • Communicate between departments and partners to forge design solutions that meet both business and user needs
    • Collaborate with dev, hr and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
    • Create user flows, sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for dev teams, marketing and business stakeholders
    • Conduct research including interviews, synthesis, data analysis, and presentation of results.
    • Understand branding guidelines and lead digital translation/adaptation of those standards across various products.

    Founder/President/Designer/Community Manager/Producer

    • Organizes one of the biggest annual gaming events in Jacksonville, FL (GAAM Show) that raises money for several non-profits and has created relationships with the gaming industry in Jacksonville
    • Produces and organizes 3+ mid-sized gaming events per year (GAAM Gladiators: Biggest esports event in Jacksonville, Retro GAAM Night: retro gaming that has partnered with MOSH, Nerd Market: commerce driven to assist local businesses and toy drive to benefit children)
    • Strategize and employ methods to garner success over multiple in person events and digital products
    • Overseeing UI/UX and brand management for multiple digital properties
    • Visualizing and present data insights to team members, partners and sponsors
    • Identifying patterns and trends in data and user behavior and creating, quick actionable solutions
    • Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into the design and actionable business process changes.
    • Producing and directing live programming and digital content creation

    • Oversaw brand direction, advertising and promotional endeavors on behalf of the company
    • Provided leadership on UI/UX direction for developer & communications departments
    • Moved Carolina Casualty to page 1 for florida truck insurance on Google
    • Wrote and produced communications for all platforms
    • Reduced claim process by over 60% with improved UI/UX
    • Provided UI/UX direction & business integration consultation for company’s 1st mobile app
    • Produced custom Sharepoint build for Intranet. Oversaw UI/UX and produced HTML+CSS
    • Rebranded and redesign company’s outward facing website
    • Educated other employees about best design practices and creative production tools
    • Provided mentorship to associate communications director

    • Strategized and executed digital campaigns for launches on xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, & PSP
    • Created email campaigns that had a 90% + open and click thru rate
    • Added over 30,000 members to the Ignition Community, organically via social media
    • Trended #2 worldwide on Twitter with digital marketing campaigns

    Dalton Agency

    Interactive Designer -> Senior Interactive Designer -> Social Media Strategist

    • Founded The Dalton Agency’s Social Media Department
    • Over 1000% swell in ticket sales with the Jacksonville Jaguars
    • Over $70,000 per in-store day sales during all digital promotions for Bealls
    • Over 500% growth of Dalton Agency online brand
    • Championed design philosophies to be used in Social Media content creation
    • Launched digital campaigns for American Heart, McDonalds, BAE, Discount Healthcare,
    • CVB, FSCJ, JU, Everbank, Bealls, Swisher, Touchdown Jacksonville (Jaguars), etc.
    • Managed and coordinated multiple interactive projects, and a team of up to 4 designers
    • Championed UI/UX disciplines and interactive workflows
    • Created ecommerce strategies for Bealls, BAE, and others
