I always enjoying learning about new businesses and trying to connect with their potential audience. So i was definitely excited to be working on Ship.Me. It was a unique problem (one that I’ve been fortunate to never have to deal with), but there was a significant market for online customers who need goods delivered, but didn’t live in areas that were typically shipped to.
The problem was frustrating to the customer, we knew we already had an online audience (and the budget was limited :)), so the direction was clear. A short instructional animation with easy to follow and iconic imagery, and a simple voice over to narrate the problem and the solution.
